Claudio’s Waterfront Restaurants

Seasoned Hospitality executes the management and operations of the historic Claudio’s property. Established as the oldest family operated restaurant in America (151 years), in 2018 the Seasoned team was responsible to re-launch the property in only six weeks yet achieved profitability while initiating myriad improvements to the operation. In the second year of oversight (after a 24% increase in revenue), Seasoned Hospitality was tasked with a $5M multi-year global plan. The significant improvements included relaunching the main restaurant, rebuilding and relaunching Claudio’s Waterfront, Claudio’s Pizza, and the addition of an 80-seat veranda adjacent to Claudio’s Tavern & Grill. This was done in conjunction with a property-wide beautification initiative.
