After 40 years of family ownership at this historic Shelter Island Inn and Resort, Seasoned Hospitality was tasked by a mid-western developer to conduct a feasibility study including CAPEX plan / budget, revenue, expense and labor models and operating budgets. Once purchased, Seasoned Hospitality was retained for a two year engagement to advise ownership on management procurement, marketing & branding, seasonal planning, technology upgrades and general quality and guest experience upgrades.
